Anna Pięta – MSc, Zootechnical Engineer, breeder and equine nutrition specialist with over 20 years of professional experience, gained in state studs in Germany (Neustadt Dosse) and Poland (State Stud Walewice, where she worked for many years as the senior specialist in horse breeding). A graduate of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań, she has been collaborating for many years with breeders, veterinarians, the Polish Horse Breeders Association, industry publishers, as well as specialised research, feed and supplement companies.

She teaches equine nutrition in the Postgraduate Programme “Horse Breeding and Equestrianism” at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław, as well as in the six-month course “Equine Nutrition and Dietetics” at the Private Centre for Vocational Education in Warsaw.

Author of numerous publications, lectures and presentations on proper equine nutrition, co-creator and co-owner of the Polish feed and supplement brand Equine NutriPlan.

She currently runs her own training and consulting business “Training & Equine Nutrition”, sharing her knowledge and expertise with everyone wishing to deepen their understanding of correct horse feeding and supplementation. She provides support in diet balancing and developing feeding plans, always prioritising the individual needs of the horse, its health condition, and the type and intensity of its work, while ensuring that the proposed feeding system does not cause a “revolution” in either the stable routine or the owner’s budget.

She speaks German and English.
